Mkono Poa Housing was formally registered under the Co-operatives Societies Act of Kenya Cap 490 Sec 6 (3) in the year 2017 under Registration No. CS/22231.

We are a nascent registered Housing Co-operative Society empowering young people and low income earners to get a place each can call home. 

The cost of our land does not factor in profit, making it affordable. Capital gains are used to add value to the property so all members can benefit. Our Property is in Mavoko, Machakos County with a beautiful view of Mua Hills.
